Understanding Emotional Biohacking
- Key Focus: Introduction to emotional biohacking, emotional intelligence, and how emotions impact mindset and physical health.
- Topics:
- What is biohacking, and how does it apply to emotions?
- The science behind emotions: Neurochemistry and hormones (e.g., dopamine, cortisol).
- Understanding emotional triggers and how to identify them.
- Tools for tracking emotions (journaling, apps, or metrics).
- Intro to meditation and breathwork for emotional regulation.

Reprogramming Negative Emotions
- Key Focus: Managing and reframing negative emotions such as stress, anxiety, and anger.
- Topics:
- How emotions get “stuck” and impact our health (the mind-body connection).
- Techniques for reframing and releasing negative emotionsÂ
- Using mindfulness to shift emotional states in real-time.

- The role of movement, diet, and sleep in enhancing mood.

GROUP COACHING

Put the techniques you learn into practice during group coaching sessions. This is a safe place where everyone is working on their own journey to emotional mastery.
Before each group session, you’ll get a journaling prompt. This will help your thoughts flow. Then when you come to the session, you’ll be ready to share what came up for you. Most students find it powerful to learn that others are having similar struggles and hear the creative ways they are showing up for themselves amongst the chaos of their lives.
