  • If you choose a payment plan, you agree to complete all instalments by the dates shown at checkout/invoice.
  • Prices are shown in GBP and include what is listed on the retreat page for your chosen option.

What’s included

  • The Day Retreat includes the sessions listed, plus lunch and refreshments.
  • The Weekend Retreat includes the sessions listed, plus 2 nights single occupancy accommodation and meals/refreshments as described on the retreat page.
  • Travel to/from the venue is not included.

Cancellations by you

Because retreat spaces are limited and accommodation/suppliers are booked in advance, all bookings follow this policy:

  • More than 60 days before the start date: you may cancel and receive a refund minus a £150 admin + processing fee.
  • 60–31 days before the start date: 50% of your total payment is refundable (the remaining 50% is non-refundable).
  • 30 days or less before the start date: payments are non-refundable.

Transfers

  • You may transfer your place to another person (subject to approval and suitability) up to 14 days before the retreat start date.
  • A £50 admin fee applies to transfers.
  • If you are on a payment plan, the plan must be completed before transfer is confirmed.

If we cancel or change the retreat

  • If the retreat is cancelled by us, you will be offered either:
    • a full refund of payments made, or
    • the option to transfer your booking to a future date (if available).
  • We are not responsible for travel costs you may incur (e.g., trains, flights).

Force majeure

If the retreat cannot go ahead due to circumstances beyond our control (including severe weather, venue closure, illness of key facilitators, or other events that make delivery unsafe or impractical), we will offer a transfer to a future date or an alternative arrangement. Refunds may not be possible if costs have already been committed, but we will always aim to find a fair resolution.

Health, wellbeing, and personal responsibility

  • Retreat experiences can be powerful. By booking, you confirm you are physically and emotionally well enough to participate.
  • Please tell us in advance about any accessibility requirements, allergies, injuries, or relevant health considerations.
  • These retreats are not medical treatment, therapy, or a substitute for professional healthcare.

Conduct and group container

  • We ask all attendees to treat the group space with respect, confidentiality, and care.
  • We reserve the right to refuse participation or ask someone to leave if behaviour is disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful. In such cases, refunds are not provided.

Photography and media

  • We may take occasional photos/video during the retreat for marketing. If you do not wish to be photographed, please let us know at the start of the retreat and we will respect your preference.

Liability

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

Participation is at your own risk. We are not liable for loss, damage, or personal belongings during the retreat.
