Welcome to Katie Cooper Coaching. By accessing, enrolling in, or participating in any course, program, or offering—including The Emotional Bioharmonising® Journey—you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
These terms are written with transparency and care, to protect both your experience and the integrity of the work I offer. Please read them mindfully

1. Intellectual Property

All content, including videos, audios, written materials, downloads, and course frameworks (e.g. The Power In The Pause®, Emotional Bioharmonising®), is the intellectual property of Katie Cooper Coaching. This content is provided for your personal use only and may not be shared, copied, republished, or distributed without explicit written permission

2. Payment & Access

Enrollment is confirmed upon successful payment. All prices are listed in [insert currency] and are non-negotiable unless otherwise stated. You will receive access to the course materials for [insert duration—e.g., lifetime or 12 months]. Access is granted to one individual per purchase; please do not share login details or content with others.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of this course and the depth of transformation it initiates, no refunds are offered once the program has been purchased and accessed. Please make your purchase mindfully and reach out with any questions before enrolling. If you experience a technical issue or have concerns about your purchase, you are welcome to contact support at [insert email address], and I will do my best to resolve the situation with care

4. Emotional & Energetic Responsibility

This course is not intended to be therapy or medical treatment. It is a self-led personal development experience rooted in emotional awareness and energetic mastery. You are responsible for your own well-being throughout the journey. If you are navigating acute mental health challenges, please seek appropriate professional care.

5. Community & Conduct

If the course includes group components (such as comments, circles, or private communities), you are expected to engage respectfully with your peers. I hold space for honesty, emotion, and nuance—but not for harm. Disruptive , abusive, or inappropriate behaviour will result in removal from the space without refund

6. Confidentiality & Consent

Any group engagement or personal sharing is held in confidence within the community space. However, please be mindful: your words and energy have an impact on others. Only share what feels safe and aligned for you. You consent to being part of a shared space and agree to respect the privacy of fellow participants

7. Limitation of Liability

Katie Cooper Coaching is not liable for any decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from your use of the course content. You accept full responsibility for your own experience and growth process. By purchasing or engaging with this program, you release Katie Cooper Coaching from any liability

8. Updates to These Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in law, platform, or offerings. Your continued use of the course or site after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

9. Contact

If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out. I am an open and transparent communicator and value clarity, fairness, and respectful dialogue.

  • More than 60 days before the start date: you may cancel and receive a refund minus a £150 admin + processing fee.
  • 60–31 days before the start date: 50% of your total payment is refundable (the remaining 50% is non-refundable).

  • We are not responsible for travel costs you may incur (e.g., trains, flights).

Force majeure

If the retreat cannot go ahead due to circumstances beyond our control (including severe weather, venue closure, illness of key facilitators, or other events that make delivery unsafe or impractical), we will offer a transfer to a future date or an alternative arrangement. Refunds may not be possible if costs have already been committed, but we will always aim to find a fair resolution.

Health, wellbeing, and personal responsibility

  • Retreat experiences can be powerful. By booking, you confirm you are physically and emotionally well enough to participate.
  • Please tell us in advance about any accessibility requirements, allergies, injuries, or relevant health considerations.
  • These retreats are not medical treatment, therapy, or a substitute for professional healthcare.

Conduct and group container

  • We ask all attendees to treat the group space with respect, confidentiality, and care.
  • We reserve the right to refuse participation or ask someone to leave if behaviour is disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful. In such cases, refunds are not provided.

Photography and media

  • We may take occasional photos/video during the retreat for marketing. If you do not wish to be photographed, please let us know at the start of the retreat and we will respect your preference.

Liability

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

Participation is at your own risk. We are not liable for loss, damage, or personal belongings during the retreat.
